The air conditioning was quite loud. I struggled to sleep well because of it. the breakfast options were also disappointing. there was little variety and the quality wasn't great, this wasn't ideal, really! also, the staff seemed a bit pushy about check-out time.

I found the location to be very convenient. It is close to the metro station. this made travel easy. the room was clean, and the bathroom was a good size with a bathtub, i liked that feature. i found a family mart close by for quick needs.

the single elevator got very busy during peak hours, like checkout time.

the hotel is NEAR two subway stations. i found this SO valuable because i could get around so EASY. the room also has a bathroom, it lets you pamper after a long day.

i found only one elevator. it felt slow when many people wanted to use it.

The hotel is near a convenient subway station. It is just one station from Shinsaibashi, and two stations from Namba. The area is calm at night ,because the location has office buildings.

The air conditioning made too much noise.
